Delivery

1. Conditions, prices and delivery times

After confirming your order and payment, we undertake to pass the goods ordered to the carrier (La Poste) within a period of 72 working hours for any order placed before noon.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday.
Please note: Allow a longer delivery time during sales, the Christmas period and school summer holidays (July and August).

2. Delivery

Postage rates depend on the weight of the package and the delivery address. The rate is calculated from the shopping basket once the delivery country has been selected. Postage is free for orders totalling € 95 or more (this applies only in mainland France).

3. Track your package

Every dispatch of goods has a delivery number linked to your order.
You can track your package’s progress in real time by using the URL link and the tracking number which is sent to you by e-mail once we have dispatched your order.

4. What if I am not there to take delivery of my package?

Your postman will leave a notification card in your letterbox. You will then have 15 days to collect your package from the post office.

5. Delivered to another address

When you place your order, at step 3, you will be able to give a specific delivery address.
If you are entering a new address, complete the form which appears and "Continue" with the order.
Your order will then be delivered to an address which is not the billing address.
